The award was instituted by the Department of Tourism, Government of India. Quality Hotel D.V. Manor, an associate hotel of Choice Hotels International, USA, was adjudged as the best four star hotel among the 200 plus star hotels across the country. The award was handed over by Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan and Minister of State for Tourism and Culture Mahesh Sharma at a function held at New Delhi. Brother i didn't said anything about rich people may travel 15000rs pettina 25000 pettina vastaru but rich are less then 15% Already tirupati package pettaru ga apsrtc with darshan I told buses ala pettalani cheppa in where i didn't mentioned flights ana ledu.
