sonykongara Posted September 27, 2016 Share Posted September 27, 2016 అరకులో రోప్‌వే, రోప్‌వాక్‌ పనులకు శంకుస్థాపన విశాఖపట్నం: ప్రపంచ పర్యాటక దినోత్సవం సందర్భంగా అరకులో పలు అభివృద్ధి కార్యక్రమాలకు అరకు ఎమ్మెల్యే కిడారి సర్వేశ్వరరావు శంకుస్థాపనలు చేశారు. హైదరాబాద్‌ అడ్వెంచర్స్‌ క్లబ్‌ సౌజన్యంతో రూ.20 లక్షలతో రోప్‌వే, రోప్‌వాక్‌ పనులకు శంకుస్థాపన చేసినట్లు ఎమ్మెల్యే తెలిపారు. పద్మావతి గార్డెన్స్‌లో పగోడా, ట్రీహట్స్‌ అభివృద్ధి, డముకు వద్ద హై వ్యూపాయింట్‌ ఏర్పాటుకు శంకుస్థాపన చేశారు. రూ. 3 కోట్లతో కటికి జలపాతం రహదారికి శంకుస్థాపన చేసినట్లు ఎమ్మెల్యేలు అన్నారు. చాపరాయి జలపాతం పేరు జలవిహార్‌గా మార్పు చేసినట్లు అధికారులు చెప్పారు. ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో అరకు ఎమ్మెల్యే కిడారి సర్వేశ్వరరావు, మాజీ ఎమ్మెల్యే సోమా, ఐటీడీఏ పీవో శివశంకర్‌, పాల్గొన్నారు. Recently the Steering Committee on greenfield airports headed by the Secretary, Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India, has given in principle approval to three new airport projects in Andhra Pradesh at Bhogapuram, Dagadarthi (Nellore) and Orvakallu (Kurnool). To further promote tourism around Bhavani Island, the government is also forming a special purpose body, Bhavani Island Tourism Company, which will be engaged in planning and development of islands in River Krishna and river front on its banks. The government will also construct nine jetties along the coast for the state to cater to tourism. Speaking on the occasion, Naidu said, “Andhra Pradesh has one of the finest networks of rail, road, ports and airports through which one can reach every nook and corner of the state in the shortest span of time and with utmost convenience. In sync with this year’s theme – Tourism for All – promoting universal accessibility, we endeavour to extend all the facilities to all sections of the society including specially-abled people, children and senior citizens, thereby creating an environment of convenience and comfort for all our tourists.” He added, “Every economic indicator points out that the road ahead for Andhra Pradesh is very bright and in the coming days the state will flourish in all the aspects, be it job creation, exports, investments etc. Our policies need to be redesigned in accordance with the requirements and we need to innovate ourselves continually and only then will we be able to fulfil our potential.” With an aim to promote Andhra cuisine on a global platter, the state government will host Culinary Olympics next year in Visakhapatnam. Within six months, traditional Andhra dishes such as Pootharekulu will be developed through R&D at international level. The Department of Tourism is also planning to organise ‘Pulasa Panadaga’ at Kakinada in November this year and ‘Rayalaseema Ruchulu’ in January 2017. Motivated with an overall agenda to promote tourism in the state, Andhra Pradesh will constitute a statutory board for tourism, culture and heritage in place of the existing departments of tourism, culture and archaeology with separate authorities for tourism, culture and heritage. The state, which has set out with a rejuvenated outlook to realise its tourism potential, is also inviting its citizens to participate in creating a new logo for AP Tourism. On the occasion, Naidu also felicitated the winners of State Annual Tourism Excellence Awards 2015-16 in multiple categories such as Best Hotel Category under five star, four star and three star, Best Eco-friendly Hotel, Best Tourist Friendly Airport, Most Innovative Inbound Tour Operator, Best Hospitality & Tourism Educational Institute, Best Film on AP Tourism among others. Banking on a spoke-hub model with the concept of “one destination leading to many destinations”, the state has segregated itself to five major tourism hubs – Anantapur (Srisailam), Tirupati-Nellore, Kakinada-Konaseema-Rajamundhry, Amravati and Visakhapatnam. sonykongara Posted October 10, 2016 Share Posted October 10, 2016 పర్యాటక కేంద్రాల్లో అభివృద్ధి పనులు బి.కొత్తకోట, న్యూస్‌టుడే: జిల్లాలోని పర్యాటక కేంద్రాల్లో రూ.35 కోట్లతో వివిధ అభివృద్ధి పనులను చేపట్టనున్నామని తిరుపతి పర్యాటకశాఖ డీవీఎం సురేష్‌కుమార్‌రెడ్డి వెల్లడించారు. బి.కొత్తకోట మండలంలోని పర్యాటక కేంద్రమైన హార్సిలీహిల్స్‌కు ఆదివారం ఆయన వచ్చారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా స్థానిక విలేకరులతో డీవీఎం మాట్లాడుతూ రాయలసీమ అధ్యాత్మిక సర్క్యూట్‌ కింద నిధులు మంజూరు చేసేందుకు కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం అంగీకరించిందని తెలిపారు. రాయలసీమలోని నాలుగు జిల్లాల్లో ఉన్న పుణ్యక్షేత్రాలకు వచ్చే పర్యాటకులకు వసతులను మెరుగుపర్చేందుకు రూ.100 కోట్లు మంజూరయ్యే అవకాశాలు ఉన్నాయని తెలిపారు. ఈ నిధుల్లో చిత్తూరు జిల్లాకు రూ.35 నుంచి రూ.40 కోట్ల వరకు నిధులు కేటాయించే సూచనలు కన్పిస్తున్నాయని వివరించారు. ఈ నిధులతో శ్రీకాళహస్తిలో కన్వెన్షన్‌ కేంద్రం, కాణిపాకంలో హోటల్‌, కైలాసనాథ కోనలో ఎకో-టూరిజం రిసార్టులతో పాటు తలకోనలో కొత్తగా అభివృద్ధి పనులు చేపట్టడానికి ప్రతిపాదనల్ని సిద్ధం చేస్తున్నట్లు వివరించారు. తిరుపతిలో అక్వేరియమ్‌ను రూ.80లక్షలతో ఏర్పాటు చేసేందుకు ప్రతిపాదనలు సిద్ధం చేసినట్లు తెలిపారు. గత ఆర్థిక సంవత్సరంలో తమ పర్యాటక డివిజన్‌కు రూ.24 కోట్ల రాబడి లభించిందని తెలిపారు. ఈ ఆర్థిక సంవత్సరంలో ఇప్పటికే రూ.20 కోట్లు రాబడిగా వచ్చిందని, వచ్చే మార్చి నెలాఖరుకు రూ.30 కోట్లు రాబట్టాలన్న లక్ష్యంతో ముందుకు వెళ్తున్నట్లు వివరించారు. పర్యటకశాఖ రవాణా విభాగంతో పాటు హార్సిలీహిల్స్‌ ఆదాయం ఈసారి పెరిగిందని తెలిపారు. హెలిటూరిజం ప్రాజెక్టు అమలు కోసం రూ.65లక్షలు కేటాయించాలని ప్రభుత్వాన్ని కోరినట్లు తెలిపారు. హార్సిలీహిల్స్‌ సుందరీకరణ పనుల కోసం ప్రతిపాదనల్ని ప్రభుత్వానికి పంపినట్లు వివరించారు. Guest Urban Legend Posted October 10, 2016 Share Posted October 10, 2016 Andhra Pradesh attracts 9.78 Cr tourists in the first 8 months in 2016 Vijayawada, Oct 10 (IBNS): Andhra Pradesh, which is blessed with some of the most spectacular tourist destinations in the country, has registered a 20 percent growth in tourist arrivals in the first 8 months of 2016 over the corresponding period last year, an official release stated. The state which has some of the most pristine beaches, hill stations, temples and backwaters have recorded 9.78 Cr tourist footfalls till August in this year. The figures reflect a massive increase in foreign tourist arrivals; till August as many as 2. 32 lakh foreigners visited the state which is a growth of 122 percent compared to the corresponding data last year. Anantapur district which houses the famous Puttaparthi and Lord Veerbhadra temple at Lepakshi, became the most visited destination by foreign tourists. Majority of the foreign tourists were from the South – East Asian countries such as Singapore, Malaysia and Middle East countries such as Dubai among others. Andhra Pradesh also registered domestic footfalls of 9.76 Cr during the period as against 8.14 Cr in the last year. The state has witnessed a lot of attraction from tourists who came for business, education and pilgrimage. Srikant Nagulapalli, I.A.S., Secretary to Government, Tourism & Culture, said, “The tourist arrivals in to the state is very encouraging and will motivate us to work harder to progress towards our endeavor of creating a tourism friendly environment in the state. Our focus on fast tracking projects will eventually enhance infrastructure and engagement at tourist sites.” R P Khajuria Commissioner Tourism, said, “In 2015 we had registered 30% growth over 2014 reaching 122 million tourist footfalls. And this year we have already reached 98 million when our main tourist season is yet to begin. We are confident that we will reach 150 million this year. In coming months we are organizing mega festivals such as Visakaha Utsav, Leapakshi festival, Araku festival and Flamingoo festival which will attract large number of tourists from far and wide. Dedicated to those who like to travel, the Indian Railways is all set to launch state of the art train coaches having glass ceiling and with ultramodern infotainment system. Slated to be launched in the month of December this year, these coaches have been jointly designed by the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC), Research, Designs and Standards Organisation (RDSO), and Integral Coach Factory (ICF), Perambur (Chennai). "Three such coaches will roll out from ICF, Perambur in December this year. The first coach will be tagged in a regular train in the Kashmir Valley while the other two will be part of some train careening through the picturesque Araku Valley (K K Line, Waltair station) on the South-Eastern Railway," IRCTC Chairman and Managing Director Dr A K Manocha said. The work on these coaches started in the year 2015 and the manufacturing cost of each coach stood at Rs 4 crore. Giving details about the interiors of these coaches, Dham Ghaj Prasad, Group General Manager (Infrastructure), IRCTC said, "The coaches will be ultra luxurious with rotatable chairs to provide the passengers an aerial view through partly glass ceiling". Further, the coaches will have ample leg space and also equipped with modern infotainment system for the benefit of tourists, he said. Guest Urban Legend Posted October 11, 2016 Share Posted October 11, 2016 భైరవకోన - అద్భుత గుహాలయాలు ! ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ లో నల్లమల అటవీ ప్రాంతంలో శివాలయాలకు కొదువలేదు. ఆ శివాలయం చిన్నదైనా, పెద్దదైనా అక్కడికి వెళ్లిరావటానికి భక్తులు పరవశించిపోతుంటారు. అలాంటి శివాలయాలలో ఒకటి భైరవకోన లో కలదు. శివాలయమే కాదు, పార్వతీదేవి ఆలయం, దేవీదేవతల శిలారూపాలు, గ్రానైట్ శిలలతో చెక్కబడ్డ శివలింగాలు, ఆకాశగంగ ను తలపించేలా జలపాతం, చుట్టూ ఆహ్లాదకరమైన ప్రకృతి ఇవన్నీ కూడా యాత్రికులను విశేషంగా ఆకర్షిస్తున్నాయి. ఎక్కడ ఉంది ? భైరవకోన, ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్ రాష్ట్రం -ప్రకాశం జిల్లా - చంద్రశేఖరపురం మండలంలోని కొత్తపల్లి గ్రామం సమీపాన కలదు. కొత్తపల్లి గ్రామం నుండి కేవలం ఐదు కిలోమీటర్ల దూరంలో భైరవకోన క్షేత్రం కలదు. ఎలా వెళ్ళాలి ? ప్రకాశం నుండి ప్రతిరోజూ నిర్దిష్ట సమయంలో 'భైరవకోన' కు ప్రభుత్వ బస్సులు తిరుగుతుంటాయి. ప్రకాశం నుండి భైరవకోన కోన 70 కిలోమీటర్ల దూరంలో కలదు. కొత్తపల్లి, అంబవరం గ్రామాల నుండి కూడా భైరవకోన కు ప్రభుత్వ బస్సులు, ప్రవేట్ జీపులు, ఆటోలు దొరుకుతాయి. శివాలయం భైరవకోన లో ప్రసిద్ధిగాంచిన శివాలయం కలదు. దేనిని క్రీ.శ. 9 వ శతాబ్దంలో నిర్మించారు. పల్లవ రాజుల అద్భుత శిల్పకళకు నెలవు ఈ భైరవకోన. కొండల్ని తొలచి గుహాలయాలుగా నిర్మించడం అన్నది అప్పట్లో ఒక గొప్ప అద్భుత కళ. గుహల గోడలపై చెక్కిన శిల్పాలు పల్లవుల శిల్పకళ ను గోచరిస్తుంది. స్థలపురాణం ప్రకారం, కృతయుగం నృసింహాలయంలో ప్రహ్లాదుడు నియమించిన అర్చకుడు భైరవుడు. ప్రహ్లాదుడు చనిపోయాక ఈ గుడిని పట్టించుకొనే నాధుడు లేక పొట్టకూటి కోసం భైరవుడు దారిదోపిడీలకు పాల్పడేవాడు. అందుకు ఆగ్రహించిన నృసింహస్వామి రాక్షసుడు అవ్వమని, తనకంటికి కనిపించకుండా భక్తులు తెచ్చినది ఏదైనా తన ప్రసాదంగా స్వీకరించమని, కలియుగానంతరం మరలా తనను సేవించవచ్చని చెబుతాడు. నాటి నుండి నేటివరకుభైరవుడు భైరవకోనలో పూజలు అందుకుంటున్నాడు. శ్రీ దుర్గా భైరవేశ్వర స్వామి దేవాలయం more info is there at the below link ...vaallu kastapadi article raasinandhuku remaining half akkada chadavandi .. source : http://telugu.nativeplanet.com/travel-guide/bhairavakona-temple-prakasam-andhra-pradesh-001219.html Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
