NCBN and LOKESH Twitter Handles also not getting minimum 100 Retweets most of the times. To overcome this we have to go in organized manner for this i am having some idea for pls give all your opinions on this. The following figures are Approximately taken from 2011 Census. We have to Fix a Time for Trending. 3. For this we have to use Whatsapp Groups ( Each Group contains not more than 50 Nos, then only we can easily maintain) a) For Easy and fast communication between groups we should follow above given Hierarchical network from State level to village level. Both states we are having aprox 65 laks members in that at least if we take 2% it's coming to 1,30,000 Nos.
