  ఎందుకు ?

అవి వ్యక్తిగత ఉన్నతే కానీ సామాజిక ఉన్నతి కాదు. ఎంత పెద్ద ఆఫీసర్ అయినా, మంత్రి అయినా, దళితులు సామాజిక అధోస్థానంలో ఉన్నారని చెప్పడానికి ఇలాంటివి ఎన్నో ఉదాహరణలు ఉన్నాయి.

  ప్రభుత్వాలు, కోర్టులు ఈ విషయాన్ని కావాలని పక్కన పెడతాయి, అది వారి నైజం, రాజకీయ కుట్ర.

  థర్టీ ఇయర్స్ ఇండస్ట్రీ కి తెలిసి కూడా ఇలాంటి విషయాలను బైపాస్ చేసి మాదిగలను బీజేపీ బుట్టలో వేయడానికి...

  1. దేశంలో మొదటి దళితుడ్ని రాష్ట్రపతి చేసింది బీజేపీ అంటాడు.

భారత దేశంలో మొదటి దళిత రాష్ట్రపతి కె.ఆర్. నారాయణ్ 1997 అనే సంగతి ఈ నిశానికి తెలిసి చస్తేగా !! ఒకవేళ తెలిసినా... పిచ్చి మందను తప్పుదారిపట్టించే ప్రచారం ఆయనకు అలవాటు.

  2. ద్రౌపది ముర్ము... మొదటి st రాష్ట్రపతిని చేసింది బీజేపీ అని అని డప్పువేసి చాటిస్తున్న థర్టీ ఇయర్స్ ఇండస్ట్రీ గారు... దేశంలో మొదటి మహిళ స్పీకర్ మీరాకుమారి గారిని చేసింది ఎవరో చెప్పడు. పాలు తాగి రొమ్ము గుద్దేరకం కదా అదంతేలే.

 

  ఇకపోతే...సామాజిక వివక్షత ఆధారంగా, అంటరానితనం సజాతీయత ( Homogeneous ) గా రిజర్వేషన్లు కల్పించబడ్డాయని నిశానిగాళ్లకు తెలియదు, పాలకులకు తెలిసితెలిసి చేసే కుట్రే కులాధారిత వర్గీకరణ

whole political system has to take a stand on it.. one party cannot do this as opposite party will promise to restore and the cycle continues.. it has to ammend constitutionally..

Atleast they must do some survey of who already benefitted or have certain criteria to the eligibility of reservations based on their family/education status.. 

India should move towards casteless society..

May be crime itself cannot be justified, but the motive behind it often provides context.

Reservations have reached a point of exploitation and it has been 75 years. Benefiting kin of families who already enjoyed reservations. Legislation should find a way to keep already benefited families out of reservation system.

i feel you are generalising with victimisation. There should be a clear path getting away with reservations over next decades. This is what constitution also allows for.
