Welfare of sc, St, bc, minorities and women - 1/4th of the budget

What exactly the schemes part of this welfare?

School education  - 30k crores... why this much for govt schools in 1 year? I guess govt employees salaries are not part of this

Someone should start a pro lower-middle/middle/upper class political party and say "no freebies" beyond basic needs.   Today's political parties are working for either RICH or POOR only.

Can’t agree more but our society is so divided based on caste/religion…such political party may not succeed thought they may get 10% vote share.

If someone can take this agenda and bring large scale emotion / drama / movement,  it is possible.  But someone with a huge mass following should pick this battle.  Policy should be no freebies beyond basics , ask people to work for their living,  invest heavily in health, education and infra.

May be in another 20-25 years. I don’t think we have enough ppl now to make this a feasible option
