Yes, but I do not like ghee dominating food taste so small amounts I will add.

Combine good fat along with your plan, will be even more nutritious.. fats like desi cow ghee/ butter, olive oil, goat cheese

two glasses hot water early morning before brushing and same 30mins before bed. Big cure for all stomach and intestine inflammation. My personal experience

Awesome @Flashbrother

( +  Used to have olive oil before, but using ghee instead which is working far better....instead of veg., sunflower etc oils using Peanut & Sesame oils, working so good, satiated, potent. Also helping with cartilage growth, aids while doing Yoga and compound exercises(bb squats, dl etc), no squeaking of bones, feel adequate cushioning even with w.loads or even halaasanas. Right oils are playing their part, ofcourse ghee( how can you go wrong with it!)

Hot water is good, if one wants to detoxify - go for Triphala ( vaata, pitta, kapha balanced) no dosha s, can use regularly..... squeaky clean...weight control/ or weigh loss  tremendous help.)

As KB bro is pointing out, agree fully there,:terrific: stuff for health conscious brothers.

(...Tulasi, Ashwagandha(helps in physical stress/exercises too), tippa teega(giloy) - very good. Keep plenty all of these in my inventory for use. (giloy, amla, gokhru - equal parts mix is good too.)

If one is in the field of scholarship be it in college, work or life - Brahmi is superb, brain is supercharged with hardly any mental fatigue, mind will not wander also, hours and hours rigorous intellectual occupation with high concentration & sharp focus no problem.  Little bitter in taste(most of our diets, we eliminated bitter from menu now a days), once used to that - awesome benefits. )

(Use ragi also, not very expensive, fair -relatively. If you can consume the pure ragi mudde( karnataka style prep) all good. Our seema folks use sankati with rice mix. I can use ragi mudde with no addition, or use  ragi sankati but with  my own concoction- instead of rice I use oatmeal  with ragi to make it sankati.....Both are good, great calcium for bone mass sustenance.:paker: . You can use jonna(jowar), sajja(bajra) etc for great recipes too.)

Thank you bro, I will try these as well Raagi, jonnalu, sajjalu.

( Just like Surendra bro is saying with Raagi, similar things jonna idli, sajja idli  ilaantivi kuuda cheyyachu......ofcourse jonna rotte(chapati), sajja rotte(chapati) classic ones........Be creative and you can make all those recipes, substituting what we have been eating( white rice, refined flour maida etc) so far......for me, white rice is now - if you feed a 5 year old kid with1 liter pepsi , such a havoc in body, similar sugar rush....no.....see your progress - ex. in Raagi makes you very relaxing(trptophan)....moods will be great. along with other benefits. Lastly one tidbit:  when Sri DeveGowda became PM, before moving to PM's bungalow, he made sure to call his native village and made arrangements for the raagi  mudde specialist chef to move to his new house in Delhi. First things first.:P)
