There is a global energy crisis. Even in India many power plants are having only 3 days of coal stock. And winter is coming which will further lead to increase in electricity demand globally. All power stocks will boom. I'm holding Tata Power, ONGC and NTPC since lower levels.

But ONGC is very different. Crude price increase and gas price revisions will take the company's profits to the next level. You will understand ONGC's fundamental strength when you look at its Q3 profit. Q2 profit will also be very good. There is a big gas price revision coming up in April 2022 also. But now i won't suggest any further buying. Key triggers will be BPCL privatization and crude oil price rise which can re rate the stock.
