Bollu Posted April 2, 2019 Share Posted April 2, 2019 - 70 శాతం ఇవిఎంల కేటాయింపు పూర్తి - రాష్ట్ర ప్రధాన ఎన్నికల అధికారి ద్వివేది ప్రజాశక్తి-అమరావతి బ్యూరో రాష్ట్రంలో ఎన్నికల నిర్వహణకు పోలీసు బలగాల కొరత ఉందని రాష్ట్ర ప్రధాన ఎన్నికల అధికారి గోపాలకృష్ణ ద్వివేది అన్నారు. సచివాలయంలోని తన కార్యాలయంలో మంగళవారం ఆయన మీడియాతో మాట్లాడుతూ 392 కంపెనీల సిబ్బంది అవసరమైతే 190 కంపెనీలు మాత్రమే వచ్చాయని, అదనపు బలగాల కోసం కేంద్రాన్ని కోరుతున్నామని పేర్కొన్నారు. శాంతి భద్రతల అదనపు డిజి రవిశంకర్ అయ్యన్నర్ పొరుగు రాష్ట్రాలతో సంప్రదింపులు జరిపారని, తమిళనాడు, కర్ణాటక రాష్ట్రాల నుంచి బలగాలు రప్పించేందుకు ప్రయత్నిస్తున్నామని చెప్పారు. ఇతర రాష్ట్రాల నుంచి వచ్చే సిబ్బందికి ఆయుధాలు ఉండవన్నారు. 2014 ఎన్నికల్లో తెలంగాణ నుంచి 25వేల మంది పోలీసులను తరలించామని, తెలుగు రాష్ట్రాల్లో ఒకే విడత ఎన్నికలు నిర్వహించడంతో లాభాలతో పాటు ఇబ్బందులు కూడా ఉన్నాయని అన్నారు. రాష్ట్రంలోని 27వేల పోలింగ్ కేంద్రాల్లో 9వేల సమస్యాత్మక కేంద్రాలు ఉన్నాయన్నారు. 70శాతం నియోజకవర్గాల్లో ర్యాండమ్ పద్ధతిలో ఇవిఎంల కేటాయింపు పూర్తయిందన్నారు. పార్టీ ప్రతినిధుల సమక్షంలోనే బూత్లకు వెళ్లే ఇవిఎంలు కేటాయించామని, పోలింగ్ బూత్వారీగా ఇవిఎంల సంఖ్య కేటాయించామని చెప్పారు. అభ్యర్థుల అక్రమాలపై రాజకీయ పార్టీలు, ప్రజలు ఎన్నికల పరిశీలకులకు ఫిర్యాదు చేయాలని సూచించారు. రాష్ట్రంలో 190 మంది సాధారణ, పోలీస్ పరిశీలకులు అందుబాటులో ఉన్నారని వివరించారు. ప్రతి బూత్లో వెబ్ కాస్టింగ్, వీడియో రికార్డింగ్ చేస్తామని వివరించారు. ఎన్నికల సామాగ్రి, సిబ్బంది తరలింపునకు ఏర్పాట్లు చేయాలి : ద్వివేది రాష్ట్రంలో సార్వత్రిక ఎన్నికల పోలింగ్కు సిబ్బందిని, సామాగ్రిని తరలించేం దుకు అవసరమైన రవాణా తదితర ఏర్పాట్లు చేయాలని రాష్ట్ర ప్రధాన ఎన్నికల అధికారి గోపాలకృష్ణ ద్వివేది అధికారులకు సూచించారు. రవాణా ఏర్పాట్లపై సచివా లయంలోని తన కార్యాలయంలో మంగళవారం అధికారులతో సమీక్షా సమావేశం నిర్వహించారు. ఆర్టీసీ 7300 బస్సులు సమకూర్చాలని కోరారు. అవసరమైన చోట డిజిటి వ్యాన్లు కూడా సమకూర్చాలన్నారు. ఆర్టీసీి బస్సుల కొరత ఉన్న కడప, ప్రకాశం, నెల్లూరు, తూర్పుగోదావరి జిల్లాలకు పొరుగు జిల్లాల నుండి బస్సులు సమకూర్చాలని ఆర్టీసీ అధికారులను కోరారు. ఇంకా అవసరమైన 300 ప్రయివేటు బస్సులను రవాణా శాఖ కమిషనర్ సమకూర్చాలన్నారు.
