గత ఎన్నికల ప్రణాళికలో ఇచ్చిన హామీలన్నింటినీ ఈ అయిదేళ్లలో నెరవేర్చాం. వచ్చే అయిదేళ్లలో ఏం చేస్తామో చెప్పటమే కాకుండా, వాటిలో కొన్నింటిని ఎన్నికల ముందే అమలుచేస్తూ ట్రెండ్‌ మార్చాం. అయిదేళ్లపాటు పరీక్షల కోసం బాగా చదివాం. ఇప్పుడు పరీక్షలు రాయాల్సిన సమయం వచ్చింది. ఈ మూడు నెలలు అధికారులు అదే స్ఫూర్తితో అభివృద్ధి కోసం పనిచేయాలి. ఎక్కడా పట్టు వదలకూడదు.  - కలెక్టర్ల సదస్సులో ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్రబాబు

ఈనాడు, అమరావతి: జయహో బీసీ సదస్సులో ప్రకటించిన హామీల అమలు ఉత్తర్వులన్నింటినీ రోజుకు ఒకటి, రెండు చొప్పున వెనువెంటనే విడుదల చేయాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్రబాబునాయుడు అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. ఈ సదస్సులో ప్రకటించిన హామీలన్నింటినీ మరోమారు చదివి వినిపించిన చంద్రబాబు వాటిని విస్తృతంగా ప్రజల్లోకి తీసుకెళ్లాలని సూచించారు. వెలగపూడి సచివాలయంలో సోమవారం కలెక్టర్ల సదస్సులో ఆయన ప్రారంభోపన్యాసం చేశారు. సామాజిక భద్రత పింఛన్ల కింద చెల్లిస్తున్న మొత్తాన్ని రూ.వెయ్యి నుంచి రూ.రెండు వేలకు పెంచినందున ఫిబ్రవరి 2, 3, 4 తేదీల్లో వాటి పంపిణీని పూర్తి చేయాలని సూచించారు. ‘స్వయంశక్తి సంఘాల మహిళలకు పసుపు-కుంకుమ కింద ఇచ్చే తొలివిడత రూ.2,500 చెల్లింపును ఆ మూడు రోజుల్లోనే పూర్తి చేయాలి. ప్రత్యేక హోదా కోసం వచ్చే నెల 1న హోదా, విభజన హామీల సాధన సమితి బంద్‌కు పిలుపునిచ్చినందున ఎక్కడా ఇబ్బంది లేకుండా రెండో తేదీ నుంచి వీటి పంపిణీని చేపట్టాలి. ఆర్థికంగా బలహీనవర్గాల(ఈడబ్ల్యూఎస్‌) రిజర్వేషన్లలో అయిదు శాతం కాపులకు కేటాయించే బిల్లును త్వరలో జరగనున్న శాసనసభ సమావేశాల్లో ప్రవేశపెట్టాలి’ అని సూచించారు. రెడ్డి, కమ్మ, క్షత్రియ తదితర కులాల్లోని పేదలను ఆదుకునేందుకు జనాభా దామాషా ప్రకారం నిధులు కేటాయిస్తామని అన్నారు. ‘జన్మభూమిలో వచ్చిన ఆర్థికేతర వినతులన్నింటినీ తక్షణమే పరిష్కరించాలి. ఇప్పటికే ఉన్న ఫెడరేషన్లను కార్పొరేషన్లుగా మార్చటంతోపాటు కొత్తగా ప్రకటించిన వాటితో కలిపి మొత్తం 22 కార్పొరేషన్లు ఏర్పాటు చేయనున్నాం. వీటివల్ల ఆయా కులాలకు ప్రత్యేక గుర్తింపు లభిస్తుంది. వారిలో విశ్వాసం పెరుగుతుంది. జనాభా దామాషా ప్రకారం, పేదరికం ప్రాతిపదికగా ప్రతి కులంపైన ప్రత్యేకంగా దృష్టి సారించేందుకు వీలవుతుంది. గ్రామీణ ప్రాంతాల్లోనూ అన్న క్యాంటీన్లు ఏర్పాటుచేయాలి’ అని సీఎం వ్యాఖ్యానించారు. ఎన్నికల కోడ్‌ రానున్నందున ప్రగతి పనులు, శంకుస్థాపనలు వేగిరం చేయాలని ఆదేశించారు. అధికారులు బాధ్యత తీసుకుని ప్రకృతి సేద్యంపై దృష్టి సారించాలని, ఖరీఫ్‌నాటికి ఏం చేయగలమో ఇప్పటినుంచే ప్రణాళికలు సిద్ధం చేయాలని పేర్కొన్నారు. తాను కూడా ప్రకృతి సేద్యం ద్వారా పండిన పంటలనే తింటానని తెలిపారు.

దావోస్‌ పర్యటనపై ప్రదర్శన మంత్రి నారా లోకేశ్‌ బృందం దావోస్‌ పర్యటనకు సంబంధించిన విశేషాలను కలెక్టర్ల సదస్సులో ప్రదర్శించారు. ఏయే అంశాలపై చర్చలు జరిగాయి? ఏయే సంస్థలు ఏపీలో పెట్టుబడులు పెట్టేందుకు ముందుకొచ్చాయనే అంశాలను వీడియోలో పొందుపరిచారు. దావోస్‌ వేదికపై ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్రబాబును పలువురు ప్రశంసించారంటూ వారు చేసిన వ్యాఖ్యలను సమాచార, పౌరసంబంధాల శాఖ కార్యదర్శి బి.రామాంజనేయులు సమావేశంలో చదివి వినిపించారు.

That's what my concern...Modi tenure lo India lo okka system ni kuda nammalemu....A-Z systems corrupted in Modi tenure.

And that too AP govt employees worst citizens in country on par with Bihar uneducated batch...so ee batch tho careful ga undali.

Problem here law should implement same.for every one...YSR gaadi time lo here chesina contract employees ki permanent chesaru, vallaki supreme court law varthinchada?

i don't think ap government regularized contractors hired during ysr tenure. there are contract lecturers who are working for more than 20 years are not regularized .
