Did you hear the story of CommonMan, local officer and King?

During King's visit, public will never ever give complaints on local leaders or officers. Even if you give,

king may ask for enquiry but All committee members are local leaders. 

King may scold local officer and ask him to fix the problem. But commoanman's day to day life depends on local government. King has lot of other priority tasks, he may not concentrate on single CommonMan. If local government would like to screw you, they can by complaining that CommonMan violated certain rule in the law.

Bottom line is ... You need to be in sync with manager. If not change company.

I agree if there is difference in opinion but some managers have no knowledge and they just try to survive by creating rift between team members so he can play judge role and secure his position. It’s better to show middle finger to them and complain else we r just leaving him and allowing someone else to suffer

Northies best..they know how to handle a team and they treat the subordinates well....south vallu lead cheyyamante Valla power ni misuse chestaru...most of the leads from Tamil, Telugu and Mallu are pathetic fellows...KA vallu konchem better

Northies will favor north guys. Seen many instances. Desis are worst in managing with some exceptions

Maaku 4 months bench minimum untadi and no pay just fyi and that too no benefits. :raiseeyebrow:. Europe lo free health insurance mundara it valla pay zuzubi brother.
