12-1 lunch - rice with homemade curry

4;30-5pm - last meal of the day - rice with chicken or eggs

only nuts greek yoghurt n fruits for snacking - rice quantity two full hasthams per meal :)

last meal of the day 5 ki aipovali...so aa 8 dhi 5 ki thinu....also total fud is not enough for the day....need more proteinn fats
