30 secs your max speed cheyi - then 1:30 mins very low speed almost close to rest - again 30 secs max speed - ala continue cheyatame

 

Aa 1:30 min rest interval manaki stamina vachaaka reduce cheskovachu into 1 min n then to 30 secs

 

I like elliptical for this - 15 mins chesta wid 1 min interval so around 12
