last one week nundi manchi results kanapadtunayi naaku stomach fat.....aapati nundi more motivation tho kummings HIIT cardio n ab workouts.....nenu gym start chesina jan 1st tho compare cheskuntey 36 nundi 32 ki vacha waist...super cool n happies :)

naa biceps meeda kannesaadu anukunta naa frnd. right hand thumb ki emaindo telidu kani chala paining undi. doctor ni consult chesa last friday 5 days ki pain killer and anti biotic ichadu. rasukodaniki edo gel ichadu. ippudu normal ga undi. anduke full rest
