Marriage act: Independence taruvatha marriage act lekapovadam valla hindu marriage act by ambedkar. in this act, opposing multiple marriages, opposing livein relationship, opposing marriage without divorce to frist wife etc. hindus ki techadu by ambedkar in 1953 and 1956 with amendments. but same restrictions mulims ki christians ki levu. so UCC treats everyone same regardsless of religion. becoz muslims are marrying multiple women with triple talaq as mentioned in 1985 shah-bano case which section 125 prohibited divorcing without alimony. but congress govt passed new law in 1986 saying section 125 does not apply to muslim. thus UCC is compulsory now to protect family system and succession of properties rightfully. not only muslims there are several hindus converted to muslima and christianity started abusing section 125 and hindu marriage act. so UCC recommended by supreme court itsel fin 1985 shah bano case judgement. 2. succession of properties on religious grounds - provides equal rights to wives, daughters, sons regardless of religion. 3. Guarantees women support - Regardles of religion, Husband must provide support for children otherwise face jail. This will guarantees women rights in future if congress or other govt. messes section 125 with minority appeasement. 4. Personal Laws abolishion - Personal laws will be voided by UCC. for eg. many people cannot go and buy land in JK state. same non tribal people cannot buy land or properties in certain uttarakhand areas. same with waqf claimed areas. these kind of personal properties will be abolished with UCC. anyone can go anywhere in country and buy property with UCC but guaranteeing to protect local customs, culture and traditions. Indulo.. Hindu society ki benefits emunnaayi? whats so special about it to campaign in elections? Why was it in not implemented for the benefit of Muslims in the last decade? the answer is clear. Flowers want to project UCC as a ego satisfying agenda for the innocent Hindus. In fact, Muslims should be demanding for UCC. Hindu society has no role to play in this.
