Now, the law shall take its course, the government will see and decide what has to be done,” declared Hazare flatly. ravindras Posted April 1 Share Posted April 1 ఢిల్లీ లిక్కర్ స్కాం, మనీ లాండరింగ్ కేసులో నిందితుడిగా ఉన్న ఆమ్ ఆద్మీ పార్టీ అధినేత అరవింద్ కేజ్రీవాల్(Arvind Kejriwal)కు మరో షాక్ తగిలింది. ఈ కేసు ఇప్పట్లో తేలేలా కనిపించడం లేదు. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో తాజాగా రోస్ అవెన్యూ కోర్టు(rouse avenue court) అతడి జ్యుడీషియల్ కస్టడీ( judicial custody)ని ఏప్రిల్ 15 వరకు పొడిగించింది. దీంతో కేజ్రీవాల్‌ను కోర్టు నుంచి నేరుగా తీహార్ జైలుకు తరలించారు. ఈడీ కస్టడీ ముగియడంతో కేజ్రీవాల్(Arvind Kejriwal)ను జ్యుడీషియల్ కస్టడీకి పంపాలని ఈడీ కోర్టును కోరింది. అంతేకాదు లిక్కర్ పాలసీ, మనీ లాండరింగ్ కేసు దర్యాప్తుకు కేజ్రీవాల్ సహకరించడం లేదని చెప్పింది. తప్పించుకునే సమాధానలు ఇస్తున్నారని వెల్లడించింది. కేజ్రీవాల్ డిజిటల్ పరికరాల పాస్ వర్డ్స్ ఇవ్వలేదని, తెలీదు అన్న సమాధానాలు మాత్రమే ఇచ్చారని ఈడీ చెప్పింది. ఈడీ వాదనను పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకున్న కోర్టు కేజ్రీవాల్‌కు ఏప్రిల్ 15 వరకు జ్యుడీషియల్ కస్టడీ విధించింది. kodi katthi seenu paristhithe kejriwal ki vasthaadhi. next 7 years jail lo vuntaadu Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
