First choice - VW TAIGUN 1.0L AT (if 20K kms per year) though its petrol, still good economy

Diesel aithe MAHINDRA XUV700 AX3 (5 Seater model without ADAS), TATA Harrier (but feels bit heavy in City Traffic)

Both above options on Safety and Engine Reliability factors

If your looking for Value for money and 80% City Usage then blindly CRETA 1.5 Diesel AT (Torque Converter)

3 Row SUV always and only Innova (Now look into SCORPIO N too)

This table shows why Maruti Suzuki and in general SUB 4M or 4000 MM below vehicles (All budget Hatchbacks, BREZZA, UC, VENUE, SONET, MAGNITE, KIGER) are having Numbers n  Market share

image.thumb.png.43c9f0eb61a3fa1dce67fe9a2838b2c0.png

This is why Toyota had to rely on Maruti Suzuki for SMALL Cars as they dont have petrol engines and Fking govt policy as per Length and ground clearance is making them bleed

you should have IC car if you go with EV option. relying completely on EV might end up disaster for us. you keep your old car and get EV.  running costs will definitely very low.

main problem with EV i observed is its same like mobile. every year they upgrade batteries and new tech. its like after 3 years we feel we have very old car :) .  we all know battery starts draining quickly after usage for sometime.

if i was in your position i will get toyota hybrid after 6 months and only look at EV after 5-6years. or keep my old care and look at market in 2 years.

i have 2 year old petrol ecosport . i wanted to keep it for another 5 years.

completely agree, somehow aa petrol hybrid options kantey koda vere edo oka dieselki povadame better anipistundhi, dont want to end up with petrol vehicle be it hybrid or only petrol , may be city use ki Nexon base EV tesukodam better retaining current diesel ecosport for outstation trips which is 1 or 2 in a quarter

not urgent to change the car, Ford vadu dukaanam ethaka thought process start ayindi no issue with my current car at all even though adi 7 years old ayina koda pretty happy

looking at how my colleagues are  enjoying with their  EV low running costs, maree too low when compared to what we spend
