zoho Posted September 2, 2021 Share Posted September 2, 2021 Hello guys , I told one of the broker to sell the land 6 years in Bangalore, but he couldn't sell. In last six years we made two agreements and those two also expired. Now I am trying to sell on my own. But now this broker coming in between now and saying I spent 40lakhs in last six years and so pay 40 lakh first and then sell it. I or my relatives don't live in Bangalore anymore. If not , he is just taking an advantage of non local ….First understand how can he influence on your selling from other ways ? if agreements are not valid or no documents then he can’t stop you selling or disturb your peaceful position so take advise from Lawer If that broker is localite to that area then he can influence buyers /tie up with brokers… Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
