That'd be 109,000 for the year, with consulates, say 110. Even if USCIS doubles its approval rate, it won't come close to using them all. I would say, the best way to verify is, Ā check in your friend circle.... if majority of them whose final action date is current and they applied for GC got the Green Card, then we can assume that things are moving fast...Ā Ā the major road block will be i140 approval in EB3. USCIS already announced they donāt do headĀ count. Just my 2Ä I am actually happy that they are not using more respurces on H4 EAD approvals.
