If He did good with Agreements America would have been in an even better place with vaccinations. Biden administration did well with distribution. Signing agreements is easy when the whole world is pushing for a Vaccine and Trump even failed in that but distribution is the hardest part in which the new administration did a great job...all of his other policies aside.
