Everywhere appartament sales good..janala mind set baaga maripoindi..not interested in independent houses..maintainance and luxuries missing..apartments lo cc cameras monitoring, lift, generator, watch man etc are giving more security and comfort to people..independent houses lo avi impossibile unless ultra rich..own land unnavallu kooda kattukovatm kashtam avuthundi anduke development ki isthunnaru..malla gated lo villas good

Apartment means will get loan and can manage emi. If we have to buy land have to get money from outside and pay interest and it's burden.

It might be slowly reducing but WFH increased productivity heavily. Currently everyone's working nothing less than 12 hours per day

I agree on the time spent and no of hours worked, Companies exploited employees on holding hikes variable pay showing Covid as a reason

 

At the same time on the other side attrition is also increasing due to lack of connect which companies are worried about now, as finding and hiring a new resource for replacement will cost more than what they have held last year. 

Moreover productivity or ownership is also reducing offlate, so they are trying to implement work from office weekly once or twice , not sure how that would work

Initial ga my thoughts also same, ఇప్పుడు 9:30 hrs ki kuda chiragga వుంది, productivity will be more when u take not on regular basis ani final thoughts, ika Mgr batch అయితే default ga 11 or 12 hrs అనుకునే panulisthannaru...

I start my day at 1 pm. Logging off at 4 am daily.  Em Gola no endo thuth
