However, Kohli did not play him and in the n=ery next game that Kohli skipper due to injury, Kuldeep made his debut under Rahane’s captaincy. This shows that there is something which is not as per the plans. In addition to that, there was another instance when Kohli was disappointed when Anil Kumble proposed a pay hike for himself and the team plus extra pay for captain for extra responsivities,, Kohli was unhappy with Kumble proposing extra hike for him as many thought that Kumble has proposed this move to strengthen case for an increase in his own pay.
