The way to do Tuck jumps.....the most effective work out which squeezes out your hip and belly fat....

 

Have 10 mins warmup after hitting the gym or running field....

 

Now time to do tuck jumps after 10 mins warm up as you will have the maximum energy at this time 

 

Do a set of 5 -15  in 30 secs - rest 30 secs  and repeat this for 3 sets 

 

I am doing 4 sets at present 4*15 2-3 times a week  as i do weights after it ......not tough guys you can do it .......all that is required is practice 

 

you can also make 100 tuck jumps if you want fast calorie burning as an alternative for cardio........

working out 4-5 days and burning over 500 c consistently.

feeling good.

but finding hard sleep. slew levels gone down hardly sleeping 4-5 hrs don't know why n how to get over this any advise

white rice koncham teesko per day...nenu esina pic lo quanity....oke sari maaneyatam kuda body adjust avadu emo...

 

also workouts konchame cheyi first lo fitness vache varaku...tiredness ki thy check cheyinchuko

warm milk 30 mins before bed try cheyi bro...see if it helps...also 200-300 cals kante ekkuva deficit undakoodadu per day...
