Good going man....

 

I have been oscillating between 34 - 32 for few years coz of on & off work out periods.... now 32 or may be slightly lesser...

 

When ever I try to gain muscle by eating more carbs, i get bigger gut too... So... decided to stay this way.

Muscle gain Ki calorie surplus must ga undali n fat loss Ki calorie deficit undali - but in order to achieve them both evo methods chusa but not following - methods like carbs cycling etc

Yepp... Bulking up and cutting down oka stretch lo cheyyali... lekapothey chesi waste....

 

andukey by trial and error, i will have to find exact amount of calories needed for my muscle gain without fat gain..

hmm.. btw, nuvvu hyd kadha...? what are your protien & fat sources other than Protien powder & chicken breast ?

protein powder use cheyanu bro...

 

just 4 whole eggs, greek yoghurt and chicken breast/panner curry inka mana dal curry...anthe....snacks ki nuts protein bars etc teeskuntunna......may be around 80gms per day avuddi emo

rojuki 3 times 3 different protien shakes theesukuney vaadini... ippudu thagginchesaa... casein only bed time...

 

US lo fatloss konchem kashtam extra effort pettaali.... coz of the food & climate
