Taste matram kummindi chocolate flavor di, Indian brands tho no comparission asala taste wise. my opinion aithe idhi ok bro....paina phoenix and krishabidda bros cheppedi complete body building and zero sugar diet base cheskoni cheptunnaru mamulga one single good day biscuit lo 2-3 gms sugar untadi..indulo one spoon (per day) lo same amount of sugar...so ala ok...but six pack and zero sugar diet follow avvali antey you may want to avoid...
