ha triceps ki....set ki 30 3 sets chestunna....last 2 weeks nundi weights pettukoni chestunna

Gym ki poye time ledu, Intlo chesukotaniki effective routines emaina unte cheppandi 10-15 minutes lo. Started doing push-ups and sit-ups (they're very good). Trying to do 15-20 a day each along with some time on elliptical  :paker:

 

15-20 ante navvakandi, adi chesetappatike thaadu theguthondi :)
