Next day nunchi malli routine ki vachestha, kani last time chesina weights kanna oka pavvu kg ekuva vesi chestha, kikiki... 1st set loo rep count taginchina weight ekuva vuntadhi, eka 3rd set ki back to regular weights ki vachi rep count penchesi, concentrated area lo baga stress pade LA chuskunta... Again this routine works for me, meru alane cheyali ani ledhu... Me body ki ela set avuthundho ala chesukondi. And nenu initial year lo yea gym lo kuda 3months kanna ekuva lenu...
