Eroju body asala support cheyaledu exercise ki....asala cheyalekapoya reason ento teledu....evaranna idea unte cheppandi rakesh annai krishna bidda annai

Could be due to not having enough sleep,rest for every 3 days while doing muscle work out, due to having other personal thinking while doing work out,weather or any food consumption before work out...have a shot of nitric oxide in these kind of situations...

before day sweet or rice ekkuva tinte naaku ila avutundi. night time completely mobile ni muttanu(8.00 tarvatha no mobile only 2 mins whatsapp anthe). ivi naa problems

That's common bro... Naku ala anipisthe, aa roju individual muscle group excersice kakunda all mix kotestha like chest, shoulders,back and arms... Anne mali activate ayela chesukoni ... Next day nunchi malli routine ki vachestha, kani last time chesina weights kanna oka pavvu kg ekuva vesi chestha, kikiki... 1st set loo rep count taginchina weight ekuva vuntadhi, eka 3rd set ki back to regular weights ki vachi rep count penchesi, concentrated area lo baga stress pade LA chuskunta... Again this routine works for me, meru alane cheyali ani ledhu... Me body ki ela set avuthundho ala chesukondi.

 

And nenu initial year lo yea gym lo kuda 3months kanna ekuva lenu... Just to keep myself going... Kotha place ayethe monotonous ga kakunda , motivated ga vuntanu ani... Again, thats how I worked it out, until it became part of lifestyle... Epudu week ki only 3 days.. Just for maintenance and to be fit.
