Also want to notify how abs work

 

As long as u got fat later on your tummy, enni abs exercises chesina it won't show - meaning ab exercises won't burn or reduce tummy fat - these exercises help to build ab muscles which will only appear when the belly fat is reduced - n only way to reduce belly fat is concentrating on reducing overall fat through HIIT cardio, lowering carb intake, etc

30 secs your max speed cheyi - then 1:30 mins very low speed almost close to rest - again 30 secs max speed - ala continue cheyatame

 

Aa 1:30 min rest interval manaki stamina vachaaka reduce cheskovachu into 1 min n then to 30 secs

 

I like elliptical for this - 15 mins chesta wid 1 min interval so around 12
