pedda matter emi kadu bro..it depends on your interest and taking hydration at regular intervals .......India lo ee level lo cheyyalekapoya...so morning running evening weights ani pettukuni chesevadini...ikkada climatic conditions kuda one of the reason

enni kms parigettaru annai 1hr lo....i was able to make it 11.4kms in 1hr at peak performance ...usually 10.5-11 is common 

 

around 8.5 km ... jeevitham lo first time e roju 1 hour parigettadam 

naku thelisi chinnappudu kuda parigetta leedu 1 hour

Air fryer is a must have in d kitchen bro - I highly recommend it - according to research, this way of cooking has shown to retain the most part of nutrients after cooking

before 6:30 AM is better anipinchindi annai naku aa time lo 11kms cheyyagaliga .....but nov-feb time lo evening kuda naku pedda teda anipinchala

Today Workout :

 

10 min HIIT - warm up

 

4 sets (12-15 reps) of Hamstrings, quadriceps, glutes   each  - for legs

 

4 sets (12-15 reps) of forward & backward crunches

 

10 min stretch

 

Food :

 

After workout shake : Half banana + 1 scoop whey

 

Breakfast : 3 idlis (Oat + Ravva) + Black coffee

 

Late morning protien shake : BSN syntha six

 

Early lunch box : Broccoli + Brow nrice with curry + 1/2 chicken breast

 

Late lunch box : Broccoli + Brow nrice with curry + Baked Tilapia fillet

 

Evening snack : 12 almonds + black coffee

avacado tinochu kada bro........take whey protein light ...have protein through food...that is always good for you........have beans,peas,meat ,eggs,milk that will give you natural protein instead of supplements

broccoli kuda edaina fruit tho juice type lo chesi teeskovali ankuntunna...raw aithe cant eat....fuds lo only eggs peanut butter almonds chicken n fish are my protein source at present...milk add cheyali...beans and peas kuda try chesta :) but whey protein aithey without too many cals, much more protein teeskovachu kadha...but intlo warning icharu already

best recipe for avacado....

 

Mix avacoado with chilly,salt and grind it .,..squueze lemon on top and mix it well finally top it with thin onion slices and cilantro.....natural and very tasty recipe
