I am glad there are at least some people in this db who do not blindly support CBN, I was taken aback when I saw the thread about "doctorate" to CBN !!!. I see one member starting at least 3-4 threads on CBN's projects, request to that member, also pl mention the funds required and from where they are being/going to be mobilized. Its not wrong to have a bigger goal and grand vision. Its also better to explain time line. If looks they are dividing projects to Phase 1 and 2. All Phase 1 will be completed before next elections.
