Even now, BJP has hands in both YCP and TDP jars. With the alliance, they have TDP support. They know there's an anti-Jagan wave and TDP-JSP might win. So, they want a taste of that win. Even if BJP loses those 6 MP seats, YCP will win them and support BJP.

BJP will never favor fair elections in favor of TDP. They did the same during the last elections. CBN literally went and begged the state election commissioner to allow fair elections. State EC at one point did not even give him an appointment. CBN did an all-opposition meeting in Delhi against Modi in Delhi. Why would he even assume anything is different this time?

At this point, CBN selfishly wants to come into power and solidify the base for Lokesh. People might say once he comes back to power, he will start state development. That's just trash.
