ee video lo adiseshagiri rao confirmed that thadepalli gudem house was contructed by him. he explained in below video how he built it. jagan asked adiseshagiri rao to see if any house available to rent as office. adiseshagiri rao suggessted to buy plot and build house so that YCP can do politics from AP itself. jagan asked him to build house. then adiseshagiri rao immediately talked to his son who was doing new venture layout in tadepalli gudem. then 2 acres was separated from this new venture layout and new house was built for jagan. adiseshagiri rao took all expenses for this house from scratch and built it with vasthu. he gave entire details on how he took care of vasth including YSR statue. In remaining venture layout, adiseshagiri rao son built villas. in this venture layout, other ycp leaders peddireddy, subbareddy, visa etc, took villas. adiseshagiri rao lives in one of the villa and seems spent almost 30 crs for nothing and no RS seat finally.

They helped in converting Padmalaya studios to commercial apartments space. 

Padmalaya studios was formed with gov. incentives along with Annapurna. Rules do not allow to commercialize it. 

YSR, KCR along with Harish and Vijayashanti did huge settlements in this dealing. 

Everyone earned lots of money.

everyone made huge money.. krishna/vijaya nirmala’s house also in same land.. naresh also is big beneficiary of this land..
