NDA 2024

Recommended Posts

In a boost for the BJP-led government at the centre in its quest to override a Supreme Court ruling on who controls Delhi's bureaucrats, Andhra Pradesh's Telugu Desam Party (TDP) has announced It will support the parliamentary bill to do so, despite being a former opponent.

The TDP, which parted ways with the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) in 2018 and brought a no-confidence motion against Prime Minister Narendra Modi's government, now also plans to vote in support of the government against the opposition on the motion of no-confidence.

New Delhi:

The Bharatiya Janata Party and the Janata Dal (Secular) have an "understanding" for the 2024 Lok Sabha election, ex-Karnataka Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa said Friday morning. The senior BJP leader said the JDS will contest four seats and that the deal "will help us win 25 or 26 seats".

Sources indicate the JDS wants the Mandya, Hassan, Bengaluru (Rural) and Chikballapur seats, of which the JDS won only Hassan. Party patriarch HD Deve Gowda contested from Tumkur and lost.

Overall, the BJP swept the state in the 2019 Lok Sabha polls, winning 25 seats on its own and counting a 26th after helping an independent candidate to victory. The Congress won a solitary seat.

I think there will be pothu before elections, till then BJP needs Jaggad MP's for passing bills, so for now the status quo will continue.

yes every party MUST wholeheartedly support BJP.  There is absolutely no indirect pressure on anyone in the country.  Democracy is at full swing.  Modi is the best statesman this country has ever seen.   He is truly a prime minister and doesn't involve in political agenda.  BJP will truly let Institutions do their work without harassing non-cooperating parties.    BJP will not create any hurdles for election campaign as it is a party meant to save democracy.  Hence proved, every party is wholeheartedly supporting them.   After all TDP, a kaun kiska party in a small capital less but million dollar worth Matti Neeru unna AP, will support the truly democratic party.
