No point in blaming the employees who are slaves of the existing system. This govt is really pathetic. They are doing the exact opposite... 1.) Merging RTC with govt. 2.) Employing more people in the govt grama sachivalayam etc. 3.) Employing volunteers. 3.) Little to no effort in privatization or outsourcing or digitisation. CBN is 100 times better than Jaffa in terms of thinking about digitisation. They are working with a single aim of coming back to power.
