i can suggest you to have one leafy vegetable and one vegetable a day in the afternoon for lunch with cup of brown rice ....

Morning breakfast ragi java with milk and jaggery,Minapattu or pesarattu ,Minapakudumulu

Knight time repeat some lunch with jonna or sajja roti or whole wheat roti...

have dryfruits or vegetable juice,fruits,coconut water,buttermilk as snacks.....

250 ml of milk 30 mins priorr to sleep

susbtitute sugar with Bellam

 

Don't have more meat it is high in cholestrol....try to avoid meat as much as possible 

 

intaku minchi nenu inka emi follow avvamani cheppanu this is very cheap and healthy

 

 

1 day in a week you are free to have what ever you want to eat junk......
