sonykongara Posted October 25, 2018 Author Share Posted October 25, 2018 అమరావతిలో 20 సంస్థలకు.. 126 ఎకరాలు కేటాయింపు25-10-2018 04:02:34 మంత్రి మండలి ఉప సంఘం నిర్ణయం అమరావతి, అక్టోబరు 24 (ఆంధ్రజ్యోతి): రాజధాని అమరావతి పరిధిలో 20 సంస్థలకు 126 ఎకరాలు కేటాయిస్తూ ఆర్థిక మంత్రి యనమల రామకృష్ణుడు అధ్యక్షతన జరిగిన మంత్రి మండలి ఉప సంఘం నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంది. సచివాలయంలోని ఆర్థిక మంత్రి చాంబర్‌లో బుధవారం మంత్రిమండలి ఉపసంఘం సమావేశం జరిగింది. అనంతరం మంత్రులు నారాయణ, గంటా శ్రీనివాసరావు మీడియాతో మాట్లాడారు. ఎన్టీఆర్‌ హెల్త్‌ యూనివర్సిటీకి 50 ఎకరాలు, అక్రిడిటేటెడ్‌ జర్నలిస్టుల ఇళ్ల నిర్మాణానికి 25 ఎకరాలు, భారత్‌ స్కౌట్స్‌ అండ్‌ గైడ్స్‌కు 5.56 ఎకరాలు, రామకృష్ణ మిషన్‌కి 5 ఎకరాలు, ఇండియన్‌ వాటర్‌ వేర్స్‌ అథారిటీ ఆఫ్‌ ఇండియాకి 0.57 ఎకరాలు, ఏపీ స్టేట్‌ డిజాస్టర్‌ మేనేజ్‌మెంట్‌ సంస్థకి 4.23 ఎకరాలు, పబ్లిక్‌ లైబ్రరీ్‌సకి 4 ఎకరాలు, స్టేట్‌ కౌన్సిల్‌ ఆఫ్‌ హయ్యర్‌ ఎడ్యుకేషన్‌కి 3 ఎకరాలు, ఏపీ ఫైబర్‌ నెట్‌ లిమిటెడ్‌కి 2.97 ఎకరాలు, విజయా బ్యాంక్‌కి 1.55 ఎకరాలు, కెనరా బ్యాంక్‌కు 0.5, ఎల్‌ అండ్‌ టి ట్రైనింగ్‌ ఇనిస్టిట్యూట్‌కి 5 ఎకరాలు.. ఇలా మొత్తం 20 సంస్థలకు 126 ఎకరాలు కేటాయించినట్లు తెలిపారు. ఈ భూముల ధరను ఎకరా రూ. 10 లక్షల నుంచి రూ. 4 కోట్ల వరకు నిర్ణయించినట్లు చెప్పారు. గతంలో పది విభాగాల్లో కేంద్ర, రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వ, ప్రైవేటు సంస్థలు మొత్తం కలిపి 85 సంస్థలకు 1374.96 ఎకరాలు కేటాయించినట్లు వివరించారు. ఆ భూములకు సంబంధించి ఆయా సంస్థలు రూ. 506 కోట్లకు రూ. 386 కోట్లు సీఆర్డీఏకు చెల్లించినట్టు తెలిపారు. మొత్తం సంస్థల నిర్మాణం, పెట్టుబడుల విలువ రూ. 45,675 కోట్లని తెలిపారు. విట్‌, ఎస్‌ఆర్‌ఎం, అమృత ఇప్పటికే పనులు ప్రారంభించాయని తెలిపారు. నిర్ణీత సమయంలో పనులు ప్రారంభించని సంస్థలకు నోటీసులు ఇవ్వాలని నిర్ణయించినట్లు చెప్పారు. నోటీసులకు స్పందించకపోతే భూములు తిరిగి స్వాధీనం చేసుకుంటామన్నారు. రాజధాని పరిధిలోని 29 గ్రామాలు సమానంగా అభివృద్ధి చెందేలా భూకేటాయింపులు జరిపామని తెలిపారు. Even though a major part of the 21-km-long road is ready, works in a few pockets are yet to be concluded. According to Amaravati Development Corporation Limited (ADCL) officials, the works have reached the final stage. “The works have reached an advanced stage. We will make the major roads motorable by December,” ADCL Chairperson and Managing Director D Lakshmi Parthasarathy told TNIE. The ADCL has simultaneously been developing greenery along the road. For the record, the Seed Access Road is one of the first projects taken up by the State government in Amaravati. The works were launched by the ADCL in 2016, and the road was initially supposed to be ready in nine months to one year. But due to various reasons, the date of its inauguration has been missed multiple times. The reason behind the delay in the completion of the works is said to be the change in the structure of the road. While it was initially planned to be a four-lane road, the government, upon the direction of Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, upgraded it to a six-lane road with a possibility of further extension. “The works of the previously planned four-lane road have been completed. However, since the CM asked us to go for a six-lane road, we again had to go for tenders and award the ongoing balance work,” Municipal Administration Minister P Narayana said. The road would be inaugurated shortly, he added. He further explained that the 320-km-long trunk roads were also progressing well and that over 25 per cent works were completed. He added that 49 per cent works of the 36 bridges to be built as connectivities between roads, were completed. Similarly, he said, 505 small bridges out of the required 1,851 near the crossings were ready. “Had it only been roads, we would have completed them long ago. But, since we are developing underground utilities such as power ducts, gas line, Information and Communication Technology line, sewerage line, water lines and others, it is taking time,” he observed. According to the minister, the stormwater and power ducts were completed by nine per cent and five per cent respectively. Six-lane road The works were launched by the ADCL in 2016. Published: 27th October 2018 09:24 AM | Last Updated: 27th October 2018 09:24 AM | A+A A- By Express News Service VIJAYAWADA: Appreciating the Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority (APCRDA) for issuing Amaravati Bonds, the Union Housing and Urban Affairs Ministry announced an incentive of Rs 26 crore under Atal Mission For Rejuvenation And Urban Transformation (AMRUT) scheme. “Congratulations to APCRDA, Amaravati, for issuing bonds worth Rs 2,000 crore. In recognition, the Union Ministry awards them Rs 26 crore as an incentive under #AMRUT (sic),” the Union Ministry tweeted on Friday. For the record, the Union Ministry, to encourage Urban Local Modies (ULBs) covered under AMRUT scheme in raising finances through municipal bonds, has decided to provide incentives to 10 ULBs in 2018-19. The incentive would be limited to Rs 13 crore for every Rs 100 crore worth of bonds issued with a cap of Rs 200 crore. The announcement came as a shot in the arm for the authority, which received a backlash from various quarters, especially Opposition parties claiming the authority raised funds at a high interest rate. It may be noted that the APCRDA in August had issued bonds to institutional investors, who oversubscribed the Amaravati Bonds by 1.53 times. The coupon rate of the bonds was set at 10.32 per cent and the interest will be paid on a quarterly basis. As there is a moratorium of five years, the authority will have to pay Rs 52 crore per quarter for the first five years of the 10-year-tenure. From the sixth year, the authority will repay 20 per cent of the principal annually. By the end of the tenth year, the APCRDA will have Rs 1,573.5 crore towards interest on the Rs 2,000 crore bonds. From laying down of roads to the beautification of lakes, the authority is working on the improvement of many facilities in Krishna and Guntur districts. Recently, the authority floated tenders for the development of lakes and ghats in both districts. “We are in the process of identifying contractors for the development of Vavilaga Ghat in Sattenapalli of Guntur district. In Krishna district, we are going to develop Vura Cheruvu in Bapulapadu mandal and Kokkiraigunta Tank Bund in Atkuru village,” an official said. The lakes and bunds will be developed into places of leisure for people to spend time there with their families, he said. “Besides landscaping and arranging an eye-catching lighting system, we will develop walking paths,” the official said. These works will be taken up at an estimated cost of Rs 1.2 crore. The authority is also taking up road works in various villages of Tadepalli constituency as well. Meanwhile, the APCRDA also released the draft master plan, zoning regulation and urban design guideline of the Amaravati Government Complex (AGC).
