idi naa diet naa weight ki maa trainer icchadu...

 

 

early mrng lemon juice with warm water..30min after 25almonds (night antaa water lo naana pettinavi) and if possible if ur doing any gym or excercise take 1 scoop of protein shake with water(which helps u too loose fat by maintaining muscle)

 

Breakfast:

Oats 75g with 200ml fat free milk add one spoon honey

 

9-10am one full pomogranate.

 

12pm lunch-7 boiled egg whites(no yolk)

and 100gms oats(with water)

 

3-pm  2 carrots and some blueberries or tomatoes 2 or beetroot 2

 

8pm dinner-7 egg whites again with jus pan fried brocoalli or green beans (without oil)

 

Drink -5,6l of water daily 

 

do atleast 30min excercise walking/jogging/abs/workouts/stretching etc

 

 

idi if u are over weight unteyy teeskovalsinaa strict diet...

 

 

the diet is adding you jus protiens to ur body with very less amount of fast and carbs.

aa if enduku le uncle...naa height ki nenu undalsindi 68..unnadi 100+...exact number septhe konthamandi shock avtaarani seppale...

 

annai den u need to be strtict for 30days appudu mee tagggadam choosi meere daniki alavaatu aipotaaru

Alaa weight loss ayithe loose skin vastadi body motham.

 

There is no short cut way to loose weight. 

 

High fiber, protein and moderate carbs. unde food full ga thintu, weight and cardio

combination work out cheyyali. 

 

You will see difference in 1 month, your friends will see diff. in 2 months and everyone else will 

see the diff. in 3 months. 

 

Short cut lo weight loss ayithe, future lo negative effects chaala untaayi.

Morning brekfast idly and evening jonna roti thinte oka 1 month emina result untundha ? No lunch just lunch time lo snacks like buiscuits tiskunte

 

idi chesthe weight loss emo kaani, migata rogalu chala vasthai.

 

My suggestion, focus on reducing carbs. Look at carb content in everything you eat and reduce carbs as much as you can.

for a few weeks try doing honey fasting once a day.

once you are comfortable with that routine you can take it up further. :shakehands:

ee roju start chesanu uncle...successfull gaa complete aynatle 1st day with lemon + honey water.....planning for 10days as MSR said...

My friend followed a diet

3) Lunch - Chicken like Nandoos, and veg salad

4) Evening snack - 25 almonds

5) Dinner - Chicken again like Nandoos & Veg Salad

 

No bread,  No rice, No masala, No pickels, No milk/curd, No sugar

 

1 week lo 4 kgs thaggadu............

 

Idhi konchem expensive diet but manaki antha kashtam anipinchadhu...

Poddune protein shake with unsweetend vanilla almond milk thaagee vaadu

lunch not more than 800 calories with good protein

evening protein shake with water

night thintee snack laaga brown rice with chkn breast/tilapia

Must & should ga 1hour gym lo elliptical chesevaadu

Madya madya lo snacks kinda protein bars thinevaadu
