sonykongara Posted December 27, 2018 Author Share Posted December 27, 2018 ఇంటింటా .. ఏపీ ఫైబర్‌ !!27-12-2018 08:24:27 నెలాఖరుకు ప్రభుత్వ కార్యాలయాల్లో పూర్తి చేయాలని లక్ష్యం జనవరి ఆఖరుకు ప్రతి ఇంటికీ కనెక్షన్‌ ఎల్‌సీవో, ఎంఎస్‌వోలతో జిల్లా యంత్రాంగం చర్చలు ఆంధ్రజ్యోతి, విజయవాడ జిల్లాలో నెలాఖరుకు అన్ని ప్రభుత్వ, ప్రభుత్వ రంగ సంస్థల కార్యాలయాలకు ఏపీ ఫైబర్‌ బ్రాడ్‌ బ్యాండ్‌ కనెక్షన్లు నూరు శాతం పూర్తి చేయాలని లక్ష్యంగా ప్రభుత్వం నిర్ణయించింది. జనవరి నెలాఖరుకు జిల్లా వ్యాప్తంగా ప్రతి ఇంటికీ కనెక్షన్‌ ఇవ్వటానికి నిర్ణ యించారు. ఈ పథకాన్ని ఈనెల ఐదో తేదీన శ్రీకారం చుట్టారు. కలెక్టరేట్‌, క్యాంపు కలెక్టరేట్‌, జాయింట్‌ కలెక్టర్‌ క్యాంపు కార్యాలయాలు, ఆర్డీవో, తహసీల్దార్‌ కార్యాలయాల్లో లక్ష్యం పూర్తి చేశారు. పోలీస్‌స్టేషన్లలో 80 శాతం లక్ష్యాన్ని పూర్తి చేశారు. అన్ని ఎంపీడీవో కార్యాలయాల్లో 80 శాతం మేర ఇచ్చారు. పంచాయతీల్లో మాత్రం ఇటీవలే శ్రీకారం చుట్టారు. ప్రస్తుతం 20 శాతం పూర్త య్యింది. నెలాఖరుకు కలెక్టర్ల కాన్ఫరెన్స్‌ ఉండటంతో ప్రభుత్వ, ప్రభుత్వరంగ కార్యాలయాలన్నింటిలో నూరు శాతం కనెక్షన్లు ఇచ్చే దిశగా జిల్లా యంత్రాంగం చర్యలు చేపడుతోంది. నాలుగు రెవెన్యూ డివిజన్ల పరిధిలో 10,03,500 కనెక్షన్లు ఇవ్వాలి. విజయ వాడ రెవెన్యూ డివిజన్‌ పరిధిలో 4,89,000, మచిలీపట్నం రెవెన్యూ డివి జన్‌లో 1,59,000, గుడివాడ రెవెన్యూ డివిజన్‌ పరిధిలో 1,55,500, నూజివీడు రెవెన్యూ డివిజన్‌ పరిధిలో 2,00,000 కనెక్షన్లు ఇవ్వాలి. ప్రభుత్వ కార్యా లయాల్లో ఇప్పటి వరకు మొత్తం 68, 299 కనెక్షన్లు ఇచ్చారు. వీటిని మిన హాయిస్తే జిల్లా వ్యాప్తంగా 9,35,201 ఇస్తే సరిపోతుంది. సెటప్‌ బాక్సుల పంపిణీలో తహసీల్దార్లు బిజీ బిజీ జిల్లా రెవెన్యూ యంత్రాంగం ఇంటింటికీ ఏపీ పైబర్‌ కనెక్షన్లు ఇచ్చే బాధ్యతను రెవెన్యూ తహసీల్దార్లకు అప్పగించటంతో తహసీల్దార్లు లోకల్‌ కేబుల్‌ ఆపరేటర్‌ (ఎల్‌సీఓ), మల్టిపుల్‌ సిస్టమ్‌ ఆపరేటర్స్‌ (ఎంఎస్‌ఓ)తో చర్చలకు శ్రీకారం చుట్టారు. జిల్లా వ్యాప్తంగా తహసీల్దార్లు తమ మండలాల పరిధిలో ప్రతి పంచాయతీ పరిధిలోని స్థానిక ఎల్‌సీవో, ఎంఎస్‌వోలను మండల కార్యాల యా లకు పిలిపించి ప్రభుత్వ కార ్యక్రమానికి సహ కరించాల్సిందిగా విజ్ఞప్తి చేస్తు న్నారు. కొంతమంది ఎల్‌సీవోలు, ఎంఎస్‌వోలు ముందుకు రావటంతో వారికి సెటప్‌ బాక్సులను తహసీల్దార్లు అందిస్తున్నారు. ఒక్కో సెటప్‌ బాక్సు ఖరీదు రూ. నాలుగు వేలు. ఇంత మొత్తాన్ని వినియోగదారుడు ఒకేసారి చెల్లించలేడు కనుక రూ. 50లకే అంది స్తున్నారు. మిగిలిన మొత్తాన్ని అతని నెల బిల్లులో రూ. 50 చొప్పున కట్టించు కుంటారు. జిల్లా యంత్రాంగం ఆదేశాల మేరకు ఎల్‌సీవోలు, ఎంఎస్‌వోలకు రెవెన్యూ యంత్రాంగం సహకరిస్తోంది. ప్రతి గ్రామం ప్రారంభం వరకు కేబుల్‌ను తీసుకు వెళ్లాలని నిర్ణయిం చారు. కేబుల్‌ ఆపరేటర్లకు ఆర్థిక సమస్యలుంటే వాటిని కూడా పరిష్కరించటానికి రెవెన్యూ అధికారులు చొరవ చూపిస్తున్నారు. రూ. 149 కే బేసిక్‌ ప్యాకేజీ ఫైబర్‌ ట్రిపుల్‌ ప్లే బ్రాడ్‌ బ్యాండ్‌ కనెక్షన్లలో భాగంగా రూ.149 లకే బేసిక్‌ ప్యాకేజీ అమలు చేస్తున్నారు. ఐపీ టీవీ బాక్స్‌, సెటప్‌ బాక్సు ఈఎంఐ చార్జీలు (నెలకు రూ.50), ట్యాక్స్‌లు అన్నీ కలిపితే నెలకు రూ.234లు చెల్లించాలి.. టీవీ చానల్స్‌, ఇంటర్‌నెట్‌, టెలిఫోన్‌ కనెక్షన్‌ అంతర్భాగంగా ఉంటాయి. బేసిక్‌ ప్యాకేజీలో 300 టీవీ చానల్స్‌ , వైఫై సౌకర్యంతో కూడిన ఇంటర్‌ నెట్‌, ఉచిత టెలిఫోన్‌ కనెక్షన్‌ ఉంటుంది. 300 టీవీ చానళ్లలో హెచ్‌డీ చానళ్లను ఇస్తారు. గృహ వినియోగదారులకైతే 15 ఎంబీపీఎస్‌, గృహేతర వినియోగ దారులకైతే 100 ఎంబీపీఎస్‌ స్పీడ్‌తో ఇంటర్‌నెట్‌ అందిస్తారు. ఉచిత టెలిఫోన్‌ కనెక్షన్లలో భాగంగా ఫైబర్‌ ఖాతాదారుల మధ్య అపరిమిత ఉచిత కాల్స్‌ సదుపాయం ఉంటుంది. రూ. 149 బేసిక్‌ ప్యాకేజీతో గృహ వినియోగదారులు, గృహేతర వినియోగదారులకు రూ.299, రూ. 399, రూ, 599 ప్యాకేజీలు ఉన్నా యి. విలువ ఆధారిత సేవలను కూడా అందిస్తారు. వీడియో కాన్ఫరెన్స్‌, కోరుకున్న సినిమాలు, టెలీమెడిసిన్‌, ప్రోగ్రామ్‌ రికార్డింగ్‌, ఆన్‌లైన్‌ షాపింగ్‌, ఆన్‌లైన్‌ బిల్‌ పేమెంట్స్‌ వ్యవసాయ రంగాల సమాచారం, క్లౌడ్‌ ఆధారిత సేవలు అందించ నున్నారు. Yaswanth526 Posted January 4, 2019 Share Posted January 4, 2019 How Fiber Grid Project has increased Andhra Pradesh's GDP Do you know that AP’s Fiber Grid project has made Andhra Pradesh the first state government entity to become licensed Internet Service Provider, Telecom Service Provider and IPTV provider? Did you know that Andhra Pradesh is also the first state government in India to roll out broadband services for mass consumption? So, how did Andhra Pradesh make many firsts through its ambitious Fiber Grid Project? Let's find out! Need for (Internet) Speed At the time of bifurcation in June 2014, wired broadband penetration was less than 9% and wired landline penetration is very low in the newly formed state, according to the White Paper on Infrastructure released by the Government of Andhra Pradesh. Apart from low penetration of broadband in rural and remote areas of the state, the quality and accessibility to useful content in Telugu was extremely low. In addition, state-owned surveillance cameras also were not in great working condition at a time when the world was progressing with better Internet speeds. At a time when India was ranked 114 globally for its internet speed, averaging to be 2.5 Mbps in 2015, the State Government took up Fiber Grid Project. To ensure the growth of Andhra Pradesh as an information society, the Government of Andhra Pradesh created AP State Fibernet Limited (APSFL) to execute the Fiber Grid Project. The aim of this project is to provide affordable and high-speed broadband connectivity to households, deepening the reach of internet to rural areas and promoting digital inclusiveness. Impact of AP Fiber Grid Project Besides being the first of its kind project to provide triple play service at an affordable price of Rs. 149 per month, the work for laying the optic fibre for 24,000 km was completed in a record duration of 9 months. Interestingly, by utilizing the existing 3.7 lakh electricity poles, the state government has been able to bring down the cost to Rs. 328 crore, which is 10 times less than the cost that would be incurred for an underground cable network. By connecting 5.8 lakh households and enterprises across all the 13 districts of the state, APSFL has made internet connectivity easy. Over 2,300 schools now benefit from virtual classrooms through which nearly 8 lakh secondary school students enjoy access to the Internet. Meanwhile, the creation of APSFL has generated direct and indirect employment of around 25,000. APSFL has also provided skill enhancement training to more than 10,000 youth for their employment. Additionally, the government is also working on pilot projects for free public wifi at 30,000 locations in the state, in partnership with Google. According to a World Bank report, “a 10 percentage point increase in fixed broadband penetration would increase GDP growth by 1.38% in developing economies”. In the last 4.5 years, the Fiber Grid Project has increases internet penetration by 5.7% in Andhra Pradesh, contributing to an increase of 0.08% of GDP of the state.
