Even if they remember they will fall for something else. people will not give benefit to TDP if we delay the construction of Polavaram and capital, because people think it is TDP’s responsibility (even though it is not). He does not have a lot of choice until BJP really loses the election. He will not go against BJP anticipating its defeat. He has no guts for that.
