If an interview is unaudited/ not recorded more than 70%

 

Asalu basic data structures/ algorithms ye grip undadu interview chese chaala mandiki. Panels lo yenduku vestaro ardam kadu. They only know about their respective projects, no generic knowledge! Few exceptions teseste rest anta same.

data structures/Algorithms gatra freshers ni recruit chesukotaniki vadataru kani noone asks experienced resource.  for experianced resource, its more about attitude , will to learn new tech and does he fitin with org culture ee main aspects

Beg to differ, more experienced should be even more thorough on data structures and algorithms + oops and design patterns. Else just aa proj working knowledge unte they are not worth big bucks IMO

programming ollaki emina use undemo or people who work on analytical side.  cloud, data, admin work chesevallaki they will have no idea. 

panel members vati meeda evaluate cheyyatam start chesthe 100 lo okadu kooda select avvadu 5+ year exp ollu.  upto 3+ years exp they can still get trough as it will still be in their memory.

I am not making it up but interviews tesukune vala mida survey chesaru ma org lo and some results are -

Majority said they don't look at the CV of the candidate till interview time.

Majority said they spend less than 15 minutes to prepare to take an interview. 

Majority were not comfortable when their sessions were recorded for audit.

Many feel it is a waste of time to give detailed feedback to next panel post a round. 

Last but not least, many opined they follow 2:1 theory meaning if they select 2 candidates, third one they feel obliged to reject for parity 😀

I agree with ur points ...majority HR team ki kuda job requirement sarigga cheppaleru till we attend interview :D
