Regarding Real Estate startup: I see lot of potential in real estate in Ottawa as Toronto & Vancouver house prices are unreachable for new buyers . In 2019 there is 19% increase in the Ottawa property prices With 1 million skilled immigrants moving into Canada in the next 3 years, mostly Indians and Chinese, there will be lot of demand for houses for rental and buying. Even if the recession hits, there will be demand for rental housing. Overall Canada looks positive, but very dependent on US. Be careful and make wise decisions.
