supertdp
This kind of friendly environment is missing in South India. Only few leaders like cbn, kumaraswamy and patnaik don't take anything personal.

sskmaestro
The newly-elected yet-to-be-sworn CM candidate should take the initiative and invite the out going CM to the ceremony. Not sure if we have this presidence in AP politics. Senior and rational minded folks can throw some light.... did YSR invite CBN for oath ceremony in 2004? Did CBN invite YSR in 1999? What about 2009 and 2014? Better we can have a open and friendly discussion on this topic

Jagan didnt come saying public money is being wasted for the oath taking ceremony.Everybody knows the actual reason. In 1999 I'm not sure if YSR was even considered as the leader of opposition. There were too many in congress claiming the CM chair from congress at that time.
