taRAK afrESH Posted June 21, 2018 Share Posted June 21, 2018 After 21 days of gud diet n gym, i have been feeling incredible since last 3 or 4dayds; feeling lite in stomach, energetic through out the day, and cud finally luk at myself in the mirror n feel happy by the way I look which gives immense confidence in carrying day-to-day stuff...Having done 3 weeks in gym after the restart, i am going to up the ante now, from today onwards I am also starting to increase the protein intake and will consume as shown in the above video....it would cost around 5000 per month, plus whey around 3000 per month...LETS GO Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
