3 weeks nundi Daily min 3 kms run chestunna 20-22 mins lo..last 3 days nundi below Knee..Calf , shin and ankle pain vastundi..enti reason antaaru bros?

 

Food diet antu peddaga follow avatla.. but rice tinatam tagginchaa..

Pain Ki reasons might be still body is trying to adapt to d changes u ve introduced suddenly thru running - but sudden ga after 3 weeks pains appeared aa or first day nundi unaya

 

Rice reduce tho paatu- drink lots of water no sugar n sugary foods, dinner early prior to bed n sleep atleast 7-8 hrs per night

tx bro.. first day nundi run chesaka pain untundi.. night antha light ga.. but ninna , monna ekkavuga undi.. may be shoe problem emo anukuntunna.. 4 yrs back konna...

Akka valla apartment paina gym undi.....bagundi antha min setup undi evaru leru okkadine cheskunna.....1st time tshirt teesesi banian tho chesa....parledu mana body kuda bane undi gym chesetappudu anipinchindi.....eroju happy anipinchindi and banian tho cheyadam valla baga chesanu
