Almost 10 in 2 years.  Still he kept most inept person as Home Minister. He did not create any new departments to tackle like "Home Land Security".  We continued to encourage hardcore parties like MIM . This is first step in encouraging Muslim youth towards extremism. When MIM attacked noted writer Taslima Nasreen publicly in hyderabad or when MIM MLAs hit doctors at public hospital and threaten them with his Gun, No Action is taken.  This is to appease hard core muslims.  7 of the terrorists in Mumbai attack are from hyderabad. Hyderabad is the terror center for all attacks happened in last 2 years. Whether is serial bombings in gujarat or market bombings in Delhi.  Govt still trying to please these groups.  Govt has no moral authority to stay in power, if they can not stop this carnage.  Even though Bush did lot of horrible mistakes, one thing he did right is creation of Homeland security. Like SWAT teams which can respond in minutes in big cities.  Intelligence doesn't mean watching each and every person bro....Under cover cops,Coverts into the terrorist camps etc.....They are the good source of intelligence.....American and Brits are doing a great job in buying such  inputs from coverts....They are spending some millions for such inputs.....we as tax payers in India want intelligence units to be more pro-active as they were pointed out everytime such incidents happen......
