SREE_123 Posted February 2, 2014 Share Posted February 2, 2014 టీ-బిల్లుకు మద్దతుపై పునరాలోచన!3 వారాల క్రితం ఆడ్వాణీ ఇంట్లో సమావేశం'బేషరతు మద్దతు'పై సుష్మకు మందలింపుఅప్పటి నుంచీ మౌనం వహించిన అగ్రనేతసీమాంధ్రకు న్యాయం చేస్తేనే బిల్లుకు మద్దతు?విభజన ప్రక్రియ వివాదాస్పదంసరిదిద్దుకోకపోతే లక్ష్యానికి విఘాతంసీనియర్ నేత అరుణ్ జైట్లీ హెచ్చరికసవరణలు ప్రతిపాదిస్తామన్న కిషన్‌రెడ్డి న్యూఢిల్లీ, ఫిబ్రవరి 1 : తెలంగాణ బిల్లుకు భారతీయ జనతా పార్టీ మోకాలడ్డే సూచనలు కనిపిస్తున్నాయి. ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ పునర్‌వ్యవస్థీకరణ బిల్లును అసెంబ్లీ తిరస్కరించటం, సీమాంధ్ర ప్రయోజనాలకు భంగకరంగా నిర్ణయాలు తీసుకుంటున్నారనే ఆరోపణలు రావటం, న్యాయపరమైన చిక్కులు తలెత్తే అవకాశం ఉండడంతో బీజేపీ మీమాంసలో పడినట్టు సమాచారం. రాజకీయ అవసరాలు కూడా కమలనాథులను పునరాలోచనకు ప్రేరేపించాయి. తాజా పరిణామాల నేపథ్యంలో 'యథాతథ బిల్లు'కు మద్దతు ఇచ్చే విషయంలో తొందరపడకూడదని పార్టీ జాతీయ నాయకత్వం నిర్ణయించినట్లు తెలిసింది. సీమాంధ్ర ప్రజలకు న్యాయం చేయకుండా కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం తెలంగాణ బిల్లుపై ముందుకెళితే ససేమిరా ఒప్పుకోకూడదని అది ఒక అంచనాకు వచ్చింది. బీజేపీ సీనియర్ నేత లాల్‌కృష్ణ అద్వానీ నివాసంలో 20 రోజుల కిందట జరిగిన సమావేశంలో ఈ మేరకు సూత్రప్రాయంగా ఒక నిర్ణయానికి వచ్చినట్లు విశ్వసనీయ వర్గాలు తెలిపాయి. అవి వెల్లడించిన సమాచారం ప్రకారం... తెలంగాణ బిల్లుకు బేషరతుగా మద్దతు ఇస్తామని పదేపదే వాగ్దానాలు చేస్తున్న సీనియర్ నేత, లోక్‌సభా పక్ష నాయకురాలు సుష్మా స్వరాజ్‌పై పార్టీ నాయకుడొకరు ఈ సమావేశంలో ఫిర్యాదు చేశారు. దీనిపై మిగతా నాయకులంతా స్పందించడంతో, సమావేశంలో తెలంగాణ బిల్లుపై కీలకమైన చర్చ జరిగింది. కేంద్రం ప్రతిపాదించిన బిల్లుకు యథాతథంగా మద్దతు ఇవ్వకూడదనే నిర్ణయం కూడా ఇందులోనే తీసుకున్నారు. ఈ కారణంగానే... రాష్ట్ర విభజన బిల్లుపై మాట్లాడకుండా సుష్మా స్వరాజ్ అప్పటి నుంచి మౌనం పాటిస్తున్నట్లు తెలుస్తోంది. ఆ తర్వాత బీజేపీ జాతీయ మండలి సమావేశంలో పార్టీ అధ్యక్షుడు రాజ్‌నాథ్ సింగ్ తమ వైఖరిని విస్పష్టంగా తెలియజేశారు. ఒక ప్రాంత ప్రజలకు తీవ్ర అన్యాయం చేసే విధంగా నిర్ణయాలు తీసుకోకూడదని ఆయన చెప్పారు. అన్ని ప్రాంతాలకూ న్యాయం చేసే విధంగా బీజేపీ తాను అధికారంలోకి రాగానే నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంటుందని, బీజేపీ హయాంలోనే తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర ఏర్పాటు జరుగుతుందని రాజ్‌నాథ్ సింగ్ అందులో స్పష్టం చేయటం గమనార్హం. అప్పటి నుంచి పార్టీ నేతలందరూ ఇదే లైన్‌ను అనుసరిస్తున్నారు. శనివారం నాడు పార్టీ అధ్యక్షుడు రాజ్‌నాథ్ సింగ్‌ను కలిసిన బీజేపీ రాష్ట్ర అధ్యక్షుడు కిషన్ రెడ్డి కూడా సమన్యాయం అంటూ మాట్లాడారు. తెలంగాణ ప్రాంతానికి చెందిన కిషన్‌రెడ్డి ఇప్పటిదాకా అనేక సార్లు టి- బిల్లుకు బీజేపీ మద్దతు ఇస్తుందని చెప్పారు. అయితే తాజాగా ఆయన బిల్లుకు తాము సవరణలు ప్రతిపాదించబోతున్నట్టు స్పష్టంచేయడం గమనర్హాం. సీమాంధ్ర ప్రజలకు న్యాయం చేయకుండా రాష్ట్ర విభజన జరిగే అవకాశాలు లేవని, తాము అధికారంలోకి వచ్చిన తర్వాతే తెలంగాణ ఏర్పాటు జరుగుతుందని ఆయన సంకేతాలిచ్చారు. మరోవైపు రాజ్యసభలో బీజేపీ పక్ష నాయకుడైన అరుణ్‌జైట్లీ తన బ్లాగ్ ద్వారా తాజాగా పార్టీ వైఖరిని తేటతెల్లం చేశారు. తెలంగాణ ఏర్పాటు అనే ఒక మంచి అవకాశం, రాజకీయ చతురత లోపించడం వల్ల వివాదాస్పదమైందని ఆయన వ్యాఖ్యనించారు. కాంగ్రెస్ తప్పుమీద తప్పు చేసిందని, ఫలితంగా రెండు ప్రాంతాలూ అశాంతిలో కూరుకుపోయాయని దుయ్యబట్టారు. త్వరలో బిల్లు పార్లమెంటు ముందుకు వస్తున్నదనీ, తెలంగాణ ఏర్పాటుకు తాము పదేపదే మద్దతు ప్రకటించామని అంటూనే జైట్లీ సీమాంధ్రకు న్యాయం చేయాల్సిందేనని తేల్చిచెప్పారు. "ఒక సత్కార్యాన్ని (గుడ్‌కాజ్‌ని) సరిగా చేపట్టకపోతే చివరికి అది అసలు లక్ష్యానికే విఘాతం కలిగించవచ్చు''అని జైట్లీ హెచ్చరించడం గమనార్హం. సుష్మా మౌనం, మొన్న రాజ్‌నాథ్ ప్రకటన, నేడు కిషన్‌రెడ్డి, జైట్లీ అభిప్రాయాల నేపథ్యంలో టీ బిల్లుకు మద్దతుపై బీజేపీ పునరాలోచనలో పడినట్టు భావిస్తున్నారు. సమన్యాయ సిద్ధాంతాన్ని ప్రవచిస్తున్న తెలుగుదేశంతో బీజేపీ పొత్తు పెట్టుకోనున్నట్టు వార్తలు వస్తున్న నేపథ్యంలో బీజేపీ కూడా సమన్యాయ వాదన వినిపిస్తుండడం విశేషం. అదే సమయంలో సీమాంధ్రలో పార్టీని బలోపేతం చేసుకునే కార్యక్రమానికీ కమలనాథులు శ్రీకారం చుట్టారు. అగ్ర నేత వెంకయ్య నాయుడు ఒకవైపు సీమాంధ్రలో విస్తృతంగా పర్యటిస్తూ, సభలు- సమావేశాల్లో పాల్గొంటున్నారు. మరోవైపు సీమాంధ్ర నుంచి కీలక నేతలను పార్టీలో చేర్పించే కార్యక్రమాన్నీ బీజేపీ నాయకులు ముమ్మరం చేశారు. Then y should they support......At least if they listen to Babu words..what ever they get in AP is Bonus for them....otherwise from AP Big Zerooooooooo....! which has third largest seats...after UP and MH.
