Very basic question to , How center&Jaffas expecting a project like polavaram to be built 1) with no study(just imaginary) on safety on how to construct(See above where no design work done before CBN) 2) Not estimating undeground works at all (see below CAG asking how they missed that in project estimate) 3) Wrong estimation for spillway of the project(35 lakh vs 50 lakh) (See above) 4) 12 crore cubic meter "matti" dumping 10KM away was totally missed in estimate.....Pentapati pullarao(Sakshi) tried to stall POlavaram even after CBN govt started dumping that farway showing that "matti" as poisonous there are many more and CEnter playing dramas CAG statement in 2012 year end pointed the very basic "undeground work" missing for DAM.. We can guarantee unless there are no pushbacks from central govt and at the same time if nature favors us by not creating hurdles - because of the ferocious flow of River Godavari - this project is tagged as a Hercules effort and one of the great efforts. And more over CBN like task masters need to be given free hand and full authority.
