Seven members of Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik's BJD, two of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy's YSRCP and two of Chandrababu Naidu's TDP are also among the 14 non-aligned lawmakers. The Congress-led United Progressive Alliance (UPA) has 64 members and expects 46 others, like the Trinamool Congress, Samajwadi Party, Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) and Communist Party of India (Marxist), to oppose the bill, taking its total to 110. Staying in the country even after your visa validity expires - these folks will have all documentation and you can deport them. 2. entering the country through illegal means - these people do not carry any legal documentation. Let’s take the example of Bangladeshis, most of them don’t have Bangladesh ID cards. They wantedly dump their ID cards while/after crossing the border safely. The main problem here is, Bangladesh is not accepting them as their nationals, reason is, any country asks for legal documentation when someone wants to deport people. It’s not that easy.
