One who want to establish a business had to take loans which ar egiven only for short term <10 years whihc is not at all a sufficient time to get ROI from the business to that scale to pay off all the loans and pay IT which is there at around 50% Is it really worth taking that risk, better to put that capital you have in diversified investment options something will definitely yield you the benefits. Take CCD guy for example, he might have paid crores of taxes to country til his death, end of the day he didn't even got an option to pay back in splits or deal with his problems, I am not supporting bad businessman with ill minds who rob public money. In western countries I have seen a lot of orgs being shutdown or ownership transfers happening, law and govts there support such actions and take cares of employees of those orgs. Govt should come up with some clear policies, if books of any org are clean and has future business potential matching govt plans, should give them some options to come out of the financial soup they are in.
