Cash transfer ante direct ownerski tappa vere vallaki ela istaru no recorded proof to establish beneficiaries kada, should have limited to 5/10 acres and remaining funds to Seeds/ Fertilizers etc and MSP Govt intention was clear to create vote bank for immediate election hence they picked this direct cash transfer , so they picked this at fag end just before election and distributed once.
